Andovar is a rapidly growing globalization services provider offering a full range of language and communication services geared toward internationalizing products and services for multilingual markets. We are seeking to hire a localization Project Coordinator to help manage our Americas projects/accounts.
This position is based in Andovar’s South American office, located in El Poblado, Medellín. We offer:

Job Responsibilities:
- Support client communications and manage client expectations and accounts in the different industries (eLearning, gaming, travel, mobile apps, software, etc.)
- Support Junior and Senior Project Managers
- Coordinate and communicate with translators and external freelance resources around the world
- Issue and send purchase orders
- Track project status using provided online tools
- Other admin duties
Requirements:
- 1-2 years in project coordination or customer service experience
- Good spoken and written English
- University graduate (B.A. or equivalent)
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office
- Knowledge of desktop publishing software or multimedia may be an advantage
- Positive, “can do” attitude and a strong drive for success
- Occasional evening shift work may be required
