Andovar Pte Ltd is currently recruiting a Project Manager to manage localization projects across multiple languages. Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to conducting project kick off meetings; defining project scope; facilitating technical, operational and/or business requirements of our clients, developing project plans; tracking/managing projects to successful completion; working with external vendors and monitoring their progress; communicating status, issues and risks to project stakeholders; providing leadership to localization team members; maintaining project documentation and implementation of process.

Our office is in a stylish co-working space on District V in Budapest.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to specify project scope and manage client relationships
  • Develop workflows, customize processes
  • Schedule and structure projects
  • Communicate project specifications and delivery deadlines to contractors
  • Coordinate scheduling between clients and contractors
  • Educate clients about the localization process
  • Ensure high quality, on-time deliveries
  • Administrative duties: creating and sending purchase orders, as well as proactive billing/invoicing activities


  • Hungarian native or EU nationality
  • A bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Really good written and spoken English. None of our clients or contractors are local
  • Must have administrative, business analysis, information technology or project coordination experience
  • Works independently and has strong organizational, communications and problem-solving skills
  • Works effectively with vendors, business partners, team members, and clients in a way that respects cultural differences
  • Fluency in a second language is helpful, along with experience in international business operations

These would be Nice:

  • Experience in translation/multimedia/localization
  • Documented experience in international business communications
  • Graphic design knowledge (Flash, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
