Andovar is inviting French (Belgium)-speaking participants to contribute to an innovative healthcare AI research project by recording real medical consultations.
Your participation will support the development of AI-powered medical summarization technology that generates structured summaries from real-world doctor–patient conversations. This research plays a key role in improving and validating AI models using authentic ambulatory consultation data.

- All recordings are collected strictly for research and development purposes
- Recordings will never be used for advertising, publicity, or commercial promotion
- All data is handled in full compliance with GDPR and EU data protection regulations
- Any personally identifiable information (PII), such as names, ages, or addresses, will be fully redacted after recording
Who Can Apply
- Anyone may participate, as long as you are able to provide eligible medical consultation recordings that meet the project requirements
- No medical background is required
What We Need from You
- Record real medical consultations between a healthcare professional (e.g. doctor or physician) and a patient (yourself)
- Language: French (Belgium)
- Consultations may be conducted:

- The entire consultation must be recorded from start to finish
- Each participant may contribute up to 5 hours of recordings
(Please note that the maximum number of hours may change depending on project needs)
- One healthcare professional (doctor/physician) shall be included in one recording only

If you submit more than one recording, please ensure variety in medical specialties.

Consent Note
A doctor’s consent is not legally required for a patient to record their own consultation in Belgium.
Belgium is a one‑party consent country in criminal law: Article 314bis of the Penal Code, interpreted by the Court of Cassation (17 Nov 2015), prohibits intentionally recording a non‑public communication, but this does not apply to a person who themselves participates in the conversation.
So, a patient who is present in the consultation may record the conversation without committing a criminal offence, even if the doctor does not know, because they are a party to the communication.
Position of the medical profession. The Belgian National Council of the Ordre des médecins has explicitly stated that, to ensure proper information and understanding, a patient may record their conversation with a healthcare provider so they can listen again to the information given.
This is linked to the statutory right to information under the Law of 22 August 2002 on patient rights (right to clear, complete information in order to give informed consent).
Compensation

EUR 158 per hour of approved recording

Up to EUR 790 for a maximum of 5 hours
(The maximum number of hours may change depending on project needs.)
- Payment is issued only for recordings that pass quality and compliance review
Additional Referral Bonus
You’ll receive EUR23 for each referred participant who submits an approved recording.

Methods of Payment:
– Local Transfer: valid for any amount (Thailand Banks only). No transaction fees are charged.
