Who is Andovar?
Andovar is a global localization and datal collection company that helps businesses adapt content for global audiences. We offer services like translation, voice-over, subtitling, and AI data collection, working with native talent to ensure clear and culturally accurate results.
We are searching for native English speakers from The United States and The United Kingdom to participate in our AI training voice project and other ongoing and future projects.

– Compensation: 18 USD per hour plus $1,000 USD buyout fee per selected voice talent

Data Usage
The recording data will be sold to a third-party company for training a publicly released AI/TTS voice model.
Audition Requirements
For each character you wish to audition for, please record 2 audio files with your phone:
* A 1-minute free-form speech in a natural conversational tone that reflects the character’s voice description
* A recording of the provided audition script
* You may audition for multiple characters; selection for each character will be made independently
Free-form Speech
A 1-minute free-form speech in a natural, conversational tone that reflects the character’s voice description. You may choose one of the following topics suggested by the client:
- A game or sport you enjoy
- A memorable vacation
- A local specialty food
- A city you like
- Types of vehicles.
Scripted Speech (American English)
Please read all 5 sentences for the characters you would like to cast for (can be multiple) in the indicated tone and style.
Character 1: Little Sheldon – obedient, cute, slightly sassy, little‑adult feeling (Male – young voice)
“Statistically speaking, the probability of us arriving late decreases significantly if you stop focusing on your ‘intuition’ and start focusing on the speed limit.”
“I’ve meticulously organized the pantry by the caloric density of the snacks, which I believe is a far more rational system than the previous alphabetical method.”
“I’m not being precocious; I simply possess a vocabulary that is commensurate with my level of intellectual curiosity.”

Character 3: Raspy voice, rugged – smoky, world‑weary, decisive, a little rough around the edges (Male, middle Age; 35-45 years old)
