Desktop Publishing
- Utilize desktop publishing software for layout and formatting.
- Design and edit graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Create or edit video content, including text, voice-over syncing and subtitles.
- Conduct quality control checks for accuracy and consistency with help from native linguists to ensure that the final product meets quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and project managers for client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on new technologies and software for work efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in digital media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW) and MS Office.
- Positive attitude and drive for success.
- Desktop publishing experience required.
- Knowledge of IT systems and website development a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, ActionScript.
- Experience with eLearning tools like Articulate Storyline, Captivate.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
Data Collection Recruitment
- Proactively build freelance candidate pools for project needs.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques across diverse platforms.
- Coordinate with advisor to analyse recruitment campaign effectiveness and provide comprehensive reports to management.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to deliver targeted candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate database for accuracy and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, research skills and ability to multitask.
- Keen attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Previous multicultural environment experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are advantageous.
Vendor Coordinator
- Source and place vendors within budget and timeline constraints.
- Assist in vendor sourcing, testing, and issue resolution.
- Support team in sourcing new linguists and coordinating tests for potential candidates.
- Maintain vendor database with relevant information.
- Monitor and document vendor performance across projects.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Basic analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Attentive to instructions and responsive to emails.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Able to work as a part of the team.
Project Coordinator
- Assist in managing and supervising administrative aspects of assigned projects from project award to completion.
- Work under the guidance and supervision of the Project Manager and understand project scope.
- Support activities outlined in clients’, consultants’, and subcontractors’ contracts.
- Facilitate completion of projects within defined timelines.
- Assist in budgetary and financial control of assigned projects.
- Support in managing expectations of all parties involved in the project management chain.
- Follow workflows and processes, ensure projects are on schedule.
- Communicate project specifications and delivery deadlines to contractors.
- Coordinate scheduling between clients and contractors and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Handle administrative duties such as creating and sending purchase orders, proactive billing/invoicing activities.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Independent worker with strong organization and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective collaboration with multiple parties.
