Project Overview
We are seeking language specialists to support a combined Audio Quality Assurance (QA) and Transcription project involving bilingual conversations that contain a mixture of English and the target language.
Participants will evaluate the quality and naturalness of bilingual conversations while also completing transcription tasks through the client’s online platform.
We are actively recruiting qualified freelancers for the following language combinations:

Responsibilities
Audio Quality Assurance (QA)
- Review audio conversations.
- Evaluate the naturalness and quality of code-switching between your target language and English.
- Assess whether language transitions sound natural and contextually appropriate.
- Follow project-specific evaluation guidelines and quality standards.
Transcription
- Accurately transcribe assigned audio recordings using the client’s online platform.
- Complete transcription for approximately 1–3 audio tracks.
- Ensure all transcription guidelines are followed carefully.
- Deliver high-quality and accurate work within project deadlines.
Work Volume
- Approximately 1–3 audio files.
- Each audio recording is around 15–20 minutes in length.
- Estimated total workload: approximately 1.5 hours.
Compensation
