Who is Andovar?
Andovar is a global localization company that helps businesses adapt content for global audiences. We offer services like translation, voice-over, subtitling, and AI data collection, working with native talent to ensure clear and culturally accurate results.
Andovar is inviting transcribers to join us in our audio transcription & annotation project.
Project Details:
Content: Single-speaker English audio clips (45–60 seconds per clip; 8–12 clips grouped into one task). Audio includes both native and non-native English speakers and may contain background noise.
Task: Review, edit, and finalize AI-generated transcripts according to project guidelines.
Volume: ~3,300 hours of audio | 20,000 total tasks
*Volume can be assigned based on your availability.
Work Scope:
- Review and correct AI-generated transcripts
- Deliver 2 versions per clip:
- Spoken/verbatim transcript
- Written/clean transcript
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines and formatting requirements
- No speaker diarization required
Working Platform: uLabel (Nexus onboarding required)

Participant Qualifications:
- Strong English listening, reading, and writing skills
- Ability to understand both native and non-native English accents
- Comfortable working with audio containing background noise
- Experience in transcription, annotation, subtitle editing, audio review, or related linguistic tasks is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project guidelines accurately and consistently
- Access to a PC or laptop with stable internet connection and headphones/earphones
- Reliable and able to complete tasks within deadlines
Please note:
- All participants are required to complete a qualification test in uLabel before starting the project
- Selected participants must complete Nexus onboarding and use the same email address across all project platforms
Methods of Payment:
– Local Transfer: valid for any amount (Thailand Banks only). No transaction fees are charged.
