Who is Andovar?
Andovar is a global localization company that helps businesses adapt content for global audiences. We offer services like translation, voice-over, subtitling, and AI data collection, working with native talent to ensure clear and culturally accurate results.
We are seeking contributors to support an image data collection project focused on cards and passes.
The summitted data are strictly for AI development purposes and will not be used for public display or in any product promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Submit images of:
- Membership / loyalty cards (priority)
- Event tickets / passes
- Gift cards (zero balance only)
- Coupons
- Accepted images format:
- Photos (physical cards or pasess)
- Screenshots (digital item)
- Ensure each submission:
- Clearly shows a barcode or QR code
- Captures the full card/pass (no cropping)
- Meets all quality and compliance standards
- Contain no personal information (names, account numbers, etc.)
- Be original images only (no AI-generated or internet-sourced content
Note: Preferably, images and screenshots should be taken on an iPhone. Laptops, computers, iPads, etc. are also accepted, though iPhone content will be prioritized.

Photo & Screenshot Guidelines
Photos (Physical Cards):
- Primarily captured on iPhone (~90%)
- Clean lighting, no blur or glare
- Varied backgrounds (no repetition)
Screenshots (Digital Cards):
- From email, browser, or mobile apps only
- Not accepted: Apple Wallet / Google Wallet
Methods of Payment:
– PayPal: valid for any amount. PayPal fees are approximately 4% of the transaction value.
– Wire transfer: valid for amount of USD 50 or more. Wire transfer fees are typically US$2 for domestic transfers.
– Payoneer (sign up): valid for amount of USD 10 or more. Payoneer does charge fees when transferring out of Payoneer. Check out their website at www.payoneer.com for more details.
When you submit this form, it will not automatically collect your details like name and email address unless you provide it yourself.
There may be fees associated with payments that are levied by payment providers. Andovar is not responsible for fees charged by payment providers, merchant banks, intermediate banks, end-user banks or other payment services.

We also run additional studio voice recording and data-collection projects, including voice recording (remote, done from anywhere), pair conversation recording, utterance recording and other voice and video data collection tasks.
