Who is Andovar?
Andovar is a global localization company that helps businesses adapt content for global audiences. We offer services like translation, voice-over, subtitling, and AI data collection, working with native talent to ensure clear and culturally accurate results.
Andovar is inviting transcribers to join us in our movie and podcast short audio clips transcription & annotation project.
Help turn audio recordings into accurate transcripts and labels to train AI that understands speech, emotion, and real conversations—used in video games and AI voice technology.
Project details:
- Content: Short movie and podcast audio clips. Each audio file duration is vary from 1 to 10 minutes (mostly 3-5 minutes per clip)
- Task: Transcription & basic annotation
- Volume: Approx. 120 program minutes per week (Actual volume will be confirmed agian before assignment)
*Volume can be assigned as per your availability
Work Scopes:

- Listening to short audio files.
- Review and validate audio clips for quality and usability
- Fix and adjust audio segments to ensure each speaker is clearly captured
- Label audio data (e.g., speaker, emotion, and other required tags)
- Review, correct, and validate transcriptions for accuracy
Requirements

Near-native level of English

C1-level English proficiency or above is required.

Applicants may submit a valid English certificate or complete an assessment test with us.

Experience with annotation or transcription is a plus

Access to a recent PC/Windows computer with a stable internet connection
