Who is Andovar?
Andovar is a global localization company that helps businesses adapt content for global audiences. We offer services like translation, voice-over, subtitling, and AI data collection, working with native talent to ensure clear and culturally accurate results.
About the Project
This is a professional AI voice-training project. If you’re interested, we will send your voice samples (recorded during casting) for our client’s review. We will also keep your voice samples for consideration on recording projects from other clients.
Qualifications
- 1. Male or female, native Canadian French speakers with a neutral Radio-Canada French accent easily understood throughout Quebec region.
- 2. Currently residing in Bangkok
- 3. No prior experience required (training will be provided).
- 4. Good acting skills are a plus.
Process & Compensation
There will be two casting phases:

Phone Casting (this stage)

In-Studio Casting (for shortlisted candidates only)

Only those selected from the in-studio casting will proceed to the final recording phase.
Phone Casting
Once your application is received, our talent coordinator will contact you guide you through the process. Please make sure you have the following prepared:
Recording Guidelines:

If you have access to professional recording equipment, please use it for the best sound quality.

If you’re using a phone, kindly:
- – Choose the quietest location possible (e.g., inside a wardrobe, under a blanket, etc.).
- – Use a voice recording application (not platforms like WhatsApp or LINE, as they may reduce audio quality).

– Position your mouth at a proper distance from the microphone to avoid pops, breathing, or distortion.

In-Studio Casting
If your phone samples are approved, we will invite you to our studio for:
- – A paid casting session (1,000 THB for approx. 1 hour)
- – An unpaid formal studio audition (Optional, approx. 30 minutes)
This process and the recording phase moving forward will take place at our Bangkok studio (Google Maps: BKK https://goo.gl/maps/HPXxZJeyZA9zTVdk9)
Recording Phase (If selected)
- – You will record a total of 4.5 finished audio hours, which will take around 18 – 22 hours of work time (spread over multiple days, max 4 hours/day).
- – The total compensation is a flat rate of 22,000 THB, regardless of the actual hours required.
- – A contract will be provided for your review before confirming participation.
Payment Terms
- A purchase order (PO) will be issued after you complete the agreed finished audio hours.
- Payment is made twice per month:
- – POs issued between 11th–25th of the month will be paid at the end of that month.

- – POs issued between 26th–10th of the following month will be paid on the 15th of that month.
